Christine is well-known for her contributions to the community. She first pursued life away from food with the non-profit Pershing Square Management Association, through which she organized the revitalization of Pershing Square in downtown Los Angeles. She has been honored with the Hollywood Women of Distinction Award by Council Member Jackie Goldberg and U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer, as well as the Success in Creative Partnership Award by UCLA Extension. Christine is also a member of the Library Council responsible for raising funds for the Los Angeles Library and is on the Board of Directors of Hillsides, a home for abused children in Pasadena, as well as the Blue Ribbon, the fund-raising arm of the downtown Music Center. She is also a supporter of Trusteeship, an affiliate of the International Women’s Forum, a global organization of women leaders of significant and diverse achievements.

Christine received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ecole Superiore de Commerce in Poitiers and attended the American Graduate School of International Management. Christine adores spending time with her twin sons, Nicolas and Stephane, who currently attend college in Northern California.
